  • Juno is different in a good way while also still having all the positive attributes of any reputable coach. He asked me if there were injuries he should be aware of so that he can incorporate any alterations to mitigate injuries or rehab if possible. He's possibly the only trainer who got back to me.....within hours. Most coaches I've worked with take half a day to get back to me about any questions and up to 24 hours later within the worst case scenario. I will say I have missed a few meals and missed a few training days but he only encouraged me that the best thing to do is to resume back to normal. "No point in punishing yourself for what's done" is what he would tell me. As long as you strive to do your best, you can expect Juno to do his best because that's what he wants to give to all his clients.
