Step 2- Fitness Consultation
During the fitness consultation, we will review your coaching application, assess your current health and fitness state, and work together to brainstorm a personalized plan. This plan will be tailored to your goals, daily routine, lifestyle, work schedule, and food preferences, ensuring a realistic and effective approach to reaching your fullest potential.
Step 3- Begin Coaching
Once we’ve determined that we are a good fit and have finalized a comprehensive plan of action, you will receive a fully personalized training, diet, and cardio plan tailored to your specific goals, lifestyle, and body type. From there, we will connect via 1-on-1 communication platform, providing you with 24/7 open access support, motivation, and accountability. You will submit weekly progress check-ins, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent progress.
