Nope. Skinny-fat is a body-composition problem, not a gender issue. The training and nutrition principles adapt to male or female physiology, and we fine-tune macros, exercises, and recovery to your individual needs.

The 8 Week Kickstart meets you where you are. We scale exercise selection, volume, and load so you master form first, then add intensity only as your body is ready. Advance lifter? We simply start you further up the ladder.

Our clients who have consistent gym access see the fastest, most dramatic body-recomp results. If you truly can’t get to a gym, we can adapt the plan to resistance bands and adjustable dumbbells at home, but expect slightly slower progress.
